Hola feliz dia ! hoy volvemos con vestidos  para ir a la playa pasando por los básicos , hasta lo mas innovador, porque aunque no lo parezca , estamos todavía en verano , y según los viejillos que interpretan el tiempo , septiembre y octubre viene caluroso.

me encanta porque tiene un tejido muy agradable , es muy suave , no pesa nada, muy comodo de llevar  y los encajes que lleva son muy bonitos y discretos y son de ganchillo , y para mi es un fondo de armario , imprescindible , en cuanto a vestidos de playa se  refiere.

este me gusta mucho , ya que es un color que favorece mucho cuando estas morenita , es muy comodo  y favorecedor,  además es sueltito en la zona de la barriguita , lo cual yo lo agradezco para disimilar un poquito .Y por detrás desimula lo justo en la zona del culo.

Hola de nuevo, como todos los martes , os cuento alguno de mis trucos de belleza y nutrición , pues hoy os cuento , lo maravillosos que son estos sobres , para cuando estas  , unos cuantos días sin ir al baño , a mi me pasa debido a la medicación , pero a vosotros, puedo ser por cualquier causa ,  vaciones…….

¿Quién puede tomar Benefibra?

Las características de Benefibra permiten que incluso puedan tomarlo: niños mayores de 12 años, celíacos y diabéticos. Si está embarazada o en período de lactancia, deberá consultar a un médico antes de tomar el suplemento.

¿Cómo debe utilizarse Benefibra?

Añadir un sobre de polvo (= una dosis de 6,7g) a un vaso de agua, zumo de frutas o alimentos líquidos o semisólidos (fríos o caliente). Remover hasta la completa disolución del polvo.

¿Qué cantidad y con qué frecuencia?

Benefibra es una fibra vegetal que contiene aproximadamente 5g de fibra por dosis (6,7g de polvo). En general, basta con tomar un sobre al día, preferiblemente por la mañana, en ciclos de al menos 4 semanas. No deben tomarse más de 3 sobres ak día.

¿Qué es Benefibra?

Benefibra es un complemento alimenticio basado en la GGPH (goma guar parcialmente hidrolizada).

Benefibra es una fibra soluble que no gelifica, es decir, que se mantiene en estado líquido y no se gelatiniza en el intestino.

El polvo de Benefibra no altera el sabor de los alimentos, ya que es insípido y se disuelve completamente.

Pero si lo tomas  con agua sabe a manzana , asi lo tomo yo  y como os cuento arriba , se puede tomar durante cuatro semanas , yo solo lo tomo cuando lo necesito ya que todos los días procuro comer alimentos ricos en fibra .

Pues en ello estoy luchando con mi dolor pero sin rendirme, he decido poner color , a mi vestuario , y he comenzado por mi color preferido, es hora de dejar combinaciones básicas y arriesgar en mi caso , vestido y color azul

BRONCEADO DURADERO

Hola de nuevo !

Hoy os  quiero  contar mi experiencia con la crema solar de PIZ BUIN , ultra light, como sabeis debido a la medicación tengo fotosensibilidad y enseguida me molesta la luz y el sol y me salen manchas enseguida , desde que me salido la enfermedad, FIBROMIALGIA ,no había querido tomar el sol , pero este verano me decidi a tomar el sol y cambiar un poco el color blanco tan feo que tenia, para ello acudi a FARMACIA PARQUE RIOJA (ALCAMPO,LOGROÑO ),  y me recomendaron esta crema, es muy agradable al tacto y al olfato , no queda sensación grasa,  y prolonga el bronceado.

La verdad que mi piel ha cambiado de color estoy morenita me veo fenomenal y sin ninguna mancha , he de decir que , que también me he protegido con sombrero gafas de sol y la exposición  no ha sido nunca mas de 2 horas y media .

Hello again ! today i want to tell you my experience with the sun cream of PIZ BUIN , ULTRA LIGHT, as you know because of the medication i have photosensivitivity and  i am inmediately annoyed by the light and the sun and i get spots right away, since i left the disease, fibromygia, i did not want to sunbathe and change the White color so ugly that i had to go to pharmacy park rioja , alcampo , Logroño, and i was recommended this cream ,is  very pleasant to smell and touch. there is no fat sensation an it prolongs the tan. the truth that my skin has changed color i am  brunette i look great and without any stain, i have to say that i have protected with sunglasses sun hat and the sun exposure has not exceded 2 hours and a half.
